I've saved money for 3 months now just buy Eucerin for the 1st time in my life. Just to find out yesterday when i open the box the bottle feels so lite, there's less than half in the bottle. This product is so expensive for the quantity. I'm so disappointed really. Eucerin you cant do this, please fill the bottle cause I'm not paying for the box but for the product / quantity.

I went to Clicks Paarl where the Eucerin Dermopurifyer wa 50% off but when I paid I was told that it's not all the Dermopurifyer products but there is a board that Cleary says 50% off. The sales lady even told the manager that it is on all that product but she manager insisted that it was not. I am very disappointed, I have been using Eucerin for many years.

I have beed using Eucerin for about 7 years and I'm absolutely in love with the products. Only reason the review is not 5 stars is because of the toner packaging, everything I purchase the product the container ends up leaking so I've actually stopped purchasing the tones because It's juts to much of an hassle.

Dear Bassant and the Eucerin Team, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with how my case was handled regarding the adverse reaction I experienced with your product. So i contacted their customer service team beforehand requesting samples /testers for oily skin as the stores always don't have samples. Bassant advised they are unable to provide same. i was then advised to purchase 3 products for oily skin. purchased them and i have been using them for 2 weeks now only to see that my skin is 10x oilier than it previously was. and my only concern was OILY skin. no ****les, no blemishes nothing! now I'm basically sitting with useless products that costed me R1120. i reached out to advise Bassant again, and all i get is a useless ****** damn automated copied and pasted apology stating that they cannot offer any replacement or refund!!!! how is this assisting customers in any way? had they provided me with testers, we would not be in this situation. I could have made an informed decision before making the purchase. EUCERIN IS A BIG ****!!!!!! THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND ***********! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.

Dear Bassant and the Eucerin Team, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with how my case was handled regarding the adverse reaction I experienced with your product. Despite attempting an elimination process, I couldn't identify the specific product causing the reaction. After reporting the incident, I was asked to complete a lengthy questionnaire, provide personal information, and submit photos of my reaction, products, and receipt. However, instead of receiving a resolution, I got a survey to rate my experience. When I followed up, I was told that some information was missing and asked to resend it. After doing so, I received a dismissive email stating that Eucerin products are thoroughly tested, and any allergic reaction cannot be resolved, as it's the customer's choice to purchase the products. I have several unanswered questions: 1. Why wasn't I informed of this from the outset? 2. What was the purpose of the questionnaire? 3. Why did you request time to investigate my case, only to provide a generic response? This experience has left a sour taste, and I feel my time was wasted. It's not about monetary value; it's about customer experience. I hope the brand treats other customers better. I'm sharing my experience so others are aware of how Eucerin handles similar cases. I have struggled for 5 months with extremely dry , flaky skin which was making my face tight and it truelly dented my confidence. I purchased 3 items from eucerin - Ato Control acute care cream , 10% Urea lotion and the cleansing milk. All items were for very dry skin and sensitive skin After trying several brands I have found a brand that has restored my confidence. I also have acne prone skin so it safe to say that once I am completely free from this dry skin breakout I will use the acne prone range

Yes eucerine products are junk products, I tried the lotion for dry skin, it made my skin so itchy and left tiny ****les ,then my friend gave me eucerine even ,omg that product burnt my skin ,total junk products, and now I see the advert on tv ,it show 3 black woman using 1lt of foundation that's so noticeable, gosh I'm thinking it also burnt there skin that's why they packed on so much makeup ,to cover up damage ,that product is the worst I've ever tried, don't buy ,ul just regret it ,we are paying over 500r to make us look ugly.lol
