I went to Clicks Paarl Lady Grey Street where the Eucerin Dermopurifyer wa 50% off but when I paid I was told that it's not all the Dermopurifyer products but there is a board that Cleary says 50% off. The sales lady even told the manager that it is on all that product but she manager insisted that it was not. I am very disappointed, I have been using Eucerin for many years.

I took out fibre with Vodacom they promised interim access while I wait for installation. Router arrived Monday with access. Friday WiFi suddenly does not work anymore. Installation team come to instal Friday afternoon. No access still. Phoned Vodacom , they say they will log a ticket with installation team and for the interim access that's not working. Technician come back again. They say another team has to come back to the main hole. Vodacom says technician was not supposed to leave if there is no access. Technician says Vodacom needs to activate back and forth. Guy that I spoke to got rude and frustrated with me and put the phone down in my ear. Is this the customer service that Vodacom gives their clients. So it's weekend and I don't have any WiFi or fibre. I'm ever sorry that I chose Vodacom for fibre. Should have stayed with Rain. I never ever had issues with them.
I opened an account at Jet Greenacres Port Elizabeth few weeks ago. There is a big banner outside that says you get vouchers if you open an account. I was informed I will get an sms with my vouchers but to date no sms yet. I phoned the call centre then a lady from Jet phoned me and assured me I will get my vouchers. Then got sms that my complaint was resolved. Phoned again they said I will get it but still nothing. Phoned again spoke to a guy who said that it was unacceptable for me to receive such service and he will personally take responsibility, he will phone the branch and get back to me the same day. That was last week has not phoned me back. They mislead people by saying you will get R1500 vouchers to open account but you dont get it.
I am still waiting for my data verification since Beginning September as to why 6Gb of data disappeared in a matter of 2hours while I was not using my wifi. They said I would receive the data verification in 3 days time. When I phoned back after 2weeks they said they were waiting for month end to send it to me but no one even phoned to let me know. Month end came and went, we are now in November and I still have not received it. I made how many calls and each time I get Promised they will send it. It is really disappointing since I have 2 contracts with them but they can quicly phone me regularly to ask if I dont want annother contract, very disgusted by this bad service.
