1/5 — Terrible Experience, Zero Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this hospital. A doctor completely failed to do her job properly, and because of her negligence We ended up dealing with issues that could have been avoided. What makes it even worse is that the hospital refuses to take any responsibility for it.

Instead of helping or even acknowledging the mistake, they dismiss every concern like it’s nothing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic accountability is shocking. Patients deserve care, honesty, and respect — none of which I received here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. If this is how they handle their own errors, I honestly fear for other patients who trust them with their health.

Louise Engelhardt is a terrible person and she should not be running a hospital she never takes responsibility if one of her Doctors in HER hospital makes mistakes DR Pamela Boi cost us alot of unnecessary money and our jobTHEY ARE RISKING LIVES
