There were multiple miss communications, and I nearly lost a client, eventually I convinced the client that I could sort out the cut-over. After 3 weeks they finally had the system up and running and when I enquired about the R1000 Takealot voucher the advertise for new client referrals and sign up I got no response. I'm honestly not sure if I will recommend them to new clients

I do not know where to begin. We moved over to this company for our telephony needs about almost 5 years ago and from day with Johan we have been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Yes there was the odd blip but it was resolved within the same day. Their support staff are so on top of customer satisfaction that is so strange considering everything in Mzanzi is so lackluster in wanting to get things resolved. Generally when companies grow the st thing that changes is customer service and turnaround times to resolve your queries but not these guys. Keep up the good work Team......................

I do not know where to begin. We moved over to this company for our telephony needs about almost 5 years ago and from day with Johan we have been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Their support staff are so on top of customer satisfaction that is so strange considering everything in Mzanzi is so lackluster in wanting to get things resolved. Been with them for about 3 years. My phone lines are unclear (they blame my vibe router/internet), the extensions dont always ring, the and apps always have problems. Support is available though! At a cost of R150 to change your password or any other service that you could have accidently assumed you would get if you paid for a service. My issue is that the time i have to call in, a lot of the times its because of some circumstance that we had no control over and their system needs a reset. I am a business owner. I dont have time to bang my head against a wall asking for the service that we paid for (a working voip system) We are happy to get all the new equiptment, so that the quality to our clients is not impaired in this way

I am writing this review for the fantastic service received from Support Agent: Marlizy Botha, she is an absolute superstar. She has responded very quickly to our query and has taken our team through the Euphoria system, within an hour she taught us back to front how to use the system and she is extremely knowledgable! Our team would highly recommend Euphoria to any customer looking for a cloud based hosted PBX platform! Well done to the Euphoria team and especially Marlizy Botha

I would like to voice my utter dissatisfaction with Euphoria and their reseller rebate program. We have done a couple of referral deals where we have provided good business to Euphoria in exchange for a very small rebate fee (couple of hundreds for thousands of monthly billables). We have recently refereed another large client over onto Euphorias network of which a small amount of R800.00 was owed to us. They have decided to completely ignore all emails aswell as direct phone calls acknowledging that this money is owed to us. I advise any company looking to join Euphrorias reseller or referral link to be very very careful, despite signing an agreement with this company they will not hold up their end of the agreement despite making substantiation income from your referred customers. For such a small payout it just goes to show the type of company they are. Well done Euphoria what you have done is absolutely disgusting.
