Hi Just to make it known my wife has been using the Free Style Libre sensor to measure her blood glucose level. She has used many of these items in the past and it must be said about 50% of them either do not work or are inaccurate. Luckily Abbotts are very good at replacing them at no cost. It is however a serious health risk when the readings are as inaccurate as they can be at times.
The pump I purchased was excellent value and worked well. Then suddenly it failed this week ,1 month short of warranty expiry ! No where on website nor invoice is warranty listed. What a pity.
Just to let you know. This company does NOT: 1. Answer their phones 2. Reply to their e-mails 3. Callback as promised. Do not expect any level of service from them nor their employees.
For years now these guys simply cannot fix the intermittent problems on my number. My advise is that I'd rather use an opposition product as they simply are unable to reluably fix the issue. Cheers
If you need to enquire about your order ,forget it ,this lot are useless Chinese sure can make stuff but their service is useless
I have to give 1 star ,Hello Peter make a 0 star option. This bunch are hopeless Not too sure the Chinese service is any good ,good at making things but that's where it ends.

I've been onto Standard Bank plenty of times and they are simply unable to solve a very simple issue. Consulatants have no idea on the phone. It's been two weeks but they do not even have the courtesy to call me back. Oh for a competent person some where in Standard Bank.

I recently decided to go for MTN She****00 as it looks a great product at a great price but oh the red tape MTN put in place. 3 days later still no internet as I battle with MTN ,no instructions,no product knowledge ,I'm afraid a great product wasted by MTN lack of infomation and most things they say (when you can get hold of them) are a waste of time and inaccurate. Once again MTN your support is hopeless. Lets see if Vodacom are any easier to deal with.
