If you need to enquire about your order ,forget it ,this lot are useless Chinese sure can make stuff but their service is useless
I have to give 1 star ,Hello Peter make a 0 star option. This bunch are hopeless Not too sure the Chinese service is any good ,good at making things but that's where it ends.

I've been onto Standard Bank plenty of times and they are simply unable to solve a very simple issue. Consulatants have no idea on the phone. It's been two weeks but they do not even have the courtesy to call me back. Oh for a competent person some where in Standard Bank.

I recently decided to go for MTN She****00 as it looks a great product at a great price but oh the red tape MTN put in place. 3 days later still no internet as I battle with MTN ,no instructions,no product knowledge ,I'm afraid a great product wasted by MTN lack of infomation and most things they say (when you can get hold of them) are a waste of time and inaccurate. Once again MTN your support is hopeless. Lets see if Vodacom are any easier to deal with.

Hi My wife has been using the Libre 2 diabetics sensor for some time now and when it works proberly it is fantastic. HOWEVER...as of the past few months the app**** sensors have consistently failed even though we have gone to great pains to be sure we are applying them according to instructions. Her diabettic doctor actually fitted one and they have all fasiled in one form or another. The return policy works well and they have replaced each one that has failed. Some fitted are quite inaccurate (by some margin) when compared to the traditional blood meter. I have written multiple emails to Abbotts without so much as a reply. At R1000.00 + a pop (not on medical aid) I believe they product should be more reliable.
