We bought a VIKING gas hob from EU appliances in 2017, which was installed in 2019 and first used in August 2019. This stove hasn't properly functioned since then. First, the wrong valves were installed, and the original valves were lost during installation - we had to wait for new ones form the US. Then the gas-flow gave problems, and again the stove didn't function until the gas-valve was replaced. Now only 2 out of 6 burners work because there is an electrical part failure which has to be ordered from the US. NEVER buy VIKING products in ZA, the supplier has no spare parts available, and although the repair team is efficient, they are not able to provide service.
