Swift Pallets (www.swiftpallets.co.za) trading as "Sister's Pallets" Beware ordering from this company (registered as Sister's Pallets). You will not receive your order until you pay an additional 70% "refundable, transport insurance" into another "business account". This instruction you will receive via WhatsApp in terribly unprofessional language. The registered company is non-compliant and the bank account is less than 3 months old. A ***** case has been opened.
Submitted a claim in December 2023, it now almost the end of April 2024 and have had only one message with feedback that they are still reviewing the claim. Prompts since then have been ignored except for an automated response. I won't use them again. Have used TIC for 15 years, no claims, now one claim and a real health crisis and they receive ALL the documents, then just let it sit till the time has lapsed for the payment to be made.
I have never been in a position where MDB had to call me for collecting a debt. Yet my number has been linked to TWO wrong names in the past few months. Please stop calling me to collect a Mr Ilan Mosselson's CottonOn debt - this is not his number you are calling and you are wasting your and my time.
Rating should be less than one star! My ratings are reported as derogatory and then removed by HP - this is because this company is unethical and does NOT deliver on their orders. I have been waiting 12 months for one item out of 4 - each delivered 8-12 months late! They refuse to acknowledge that the item is still outstanding. eMails are answered 6-10 weeks after being sent, if at all.
Professional, efficient, timely and friendly service. I will recommend them any time. Used them for antique furniture and received perfect service.
A total scam - my order from Dec 2020 still not delivered. I had some response to an email claiming COVID delays. But it is now May 2021 and still, a large portion of my order remains undelivered.
I have read all the negative reviews on this site, but beg to differ. My husband and I were treated with courtesy at the check-in and onboard the aircraft. There were many "problem" passengers handled with diplomacy. I feel the Mango fliers are the one's who should get a one-star rating. People were using cellphones during take-off and landing; not wearing masks when asked; keeping earphones in; etc. A special note of appreciation to SARAH at the check-in counter on Sunday, 29 November at OR Tambo.
I wish there was a means to stop these people harassing me... No matter the number of calls, emails or memos - they keep my number attached to the wrong record so I receive unsolicited threats for payments that has nothing to do with me.
Annique has always had wonderful products which I received from my consultant. I love that I can now order it online, my consultant receives her benefit and the product is delivered to my door; quickly; efficiently and on time.
