My account was left with R1391. 50, which I settled it.. Now when I check my statement I am owing R160 (commission). I have been trying to reach even on whatsapp with no luck. Where is the R160 coming from, because I have settled my account.. This is really insane, can someone call me.

Disgusting service received from this company I am convinced they don't want people to be debt free. I made a payment days ago using the link they provided on an email. Continued receiving disgusting emails from them. I then called to inform them that I made a payment only to be told they didn't receive it as yet. I paid using the link on the email they sent to me. I then asked for banikg. Details so I could do an Eft payment going forward as clearly it seems like the link is useless as it takes days to allocate payments apparently you cannot pay via Eft only the stupid link and debit order. They are horrible to deal with. You will be paying and nothing will happen they will just send you annoying emails. They want you to pay but when you pay they can't find your payment.Is this the company woolworths trusts....

Daly does not even deserve a star.I called them to make a payment and settle my account which I did, then these ****ers go an add a damn collection fee after I paid up my account.......what collection fee??????????.I called in to pay my account. you didnt call me for payment.I escalated this matter to the ombudsman and I want this collection fee removed and my paid up letter to be sent to me asap.They are pathetic, I have not recieved feedback on the whatsapp number, online portal and the emails I sent in.Bunch of *****s.

I have been telling your useless call center agents that I am not this person and to remove me from your campaigns but obviously your team does not know what they are doing!!! They refused to close my account after paying last debit order. Apparently i now owe them +-R400. Aggressive calls that cost R24.15 per call . How the h3#%^ are you still calling me long after i paid off the account???

Daly Credit Corporate has done it again. I have paid them their outstanding balance on my Nedbank loan.They are refusing to remove my name on JUDGEMENT, they have been preaching financial freedom and to help me move forward now I'm stuck, can't do anything with that on my name. They say I should pay my own attorneys to rescission in court after I've paid them a fortune. ****mers!!!

This is a warning to anyone dealing with Daly Creditors after an Edcon handover. My account was handed over in 2025 while I was unemployed. Once I regained employment, I acted responsibly and settled the account in October 2025. What followed was unacceptable. After settlement end of October, Daly processed an incorrect and unauthorised debit order, only refunding me by December 2025. Despite full settlement, they did not issue a paid-up letter. I had to repeatedly call, follow up, and formally complain before they finally sent it , only two days ago end of January 2026. Daly knows that credit bureaux like Experian can take up to six weeks to clear adverse listings, yet my credit profile still reflects negative information long after settlement. The experience has been awful and deeply unprofessional. Daly appears quick to collect money but are slow, or unwilling, to fulfil their responsibilities once payment is made. Advice to Other Consumers: Do not believe verbal assurances from Daly agents. Follow up relentlessly and in writing. Demand your paid-up letter immediately. Monitor your credit record yourself. PLEASE do not trust that it has been corrected. Consumers who recover from financial hardship and settle their debts deserve fair treatment, not further punishment. Based on my experience, Daly Creditors fails badly in this regard.
