Sickening! I am sick of your disgusting service! You treat people in debt as inhumane. I have tried to contact you guys multiple times in an attempt to settle my outstanding credit card debt. Yet no one has responded with the settlement quote. When will someone attend to my request for a settlement quote for my FNB credit card - OR YOU WOULD RATHER HAVE SOMEONE IN DEBT LONGER THAN ALLOW THEM TO SETTLE?
Honestly the most appalling customer experience. Ordered a fridge online and it's been 12 days and yet no delivery! What was more shocking was that the status of my order says delivered! Makro call centres are of no help! Never answer calls or reply to emails. This beyond a service being affected by the pandemic! Never again!
