My account was left with R1391. 50, which I settled it.. Now when I check my statement I am owing R160 (commission). I have been trying to reach even on whatsapp with no luck. Where is the R160 coming from, because I have settled my account.. This is really insane, can someone call me.
I was charged twice for the same transaction, so I reached out to an agent for help. They told me they could only see one transaction on my account, but after I sent over my bank statement as they asked, they just vanished. Is this really how you treat your customers? I think it might be time for me to look for a new company because this one feels pretty shady.

I bought the Lalela inverter in July last year, I always plug in my TV and the Fibre, make sure my phone and laptop are fully charged so that I don't over power the inverter... Right now it hardly last 2 hours with the Fibre only
