Disgusting service received from this company I am convinced they don't want people to be debt free. I made a payment days ago using the link they provided on an email. Continued receiving disgusting emails from them. I then called to inform them that I made a payment only to be told they didn't receive it as yet. I paid using the link on the email they sent to me. I then asked for banikg. Details so I could do an Eft payment going forward as clearly it seems like the link is useless as it takes days to allocate payments apparently you cannot pay via Eft only the stupid link and debit order. They are horrible to deal with. You will be paying and nothing will happen they will just send you annoying emails. They want you to pay but when you pay they can't find your payment.Is this the company woolworths trusts....
Absolutely disgusted with this call center. I am trying to get a paid up letter for 3 weeks now every consultant yoh speak to has a different story. They transfer you and drop calls. On top of all that they are rude. One of the consultants was actually arguing with me on phone stating that I was putting words in her mouth after she told me calls are recording an my letter would take 7-14 days then she back peddled and stated 21 days... And accused me of lying. Its so upsetting. I worked hard to settle my account only to be messed around for my paid up letter. The worst call center ever!!! This has been a comeplete nightmare!
I ordered dresses online I received two of dresses in the same color. I tried to call the call center number and it doesn't work. Called the stores they couldn't assist me. This was for a special occasion my heart is racing. I am so angry this online experiance was a nightmare they took my money but couldn't deliver the correct dresses
Biggest mistake taking my vehicle here !! Rude and unprofessional staff. They do not take any accountability. Poor customer Service. Never again!
Really unhappy and regret ever taking my Car to this Bosch. I left my car with them on Monday 14th of March 2022. When my car was left it specificaly had 3 minor issues I needed them to check before this day my car has been driving and hasn't given me any major issues. They took 2 full days to qoute the qoute was over R180 000.The qoute had unnecessary parts on it that didn't need to be replaced .I then notified them the qoute was high and I would be collecting the car on Wednesday morning. I collected the car and to my horror on my way to work the car now had numerous issues that did not exist prior to it being left with them . The car now had misfires and the battery light had also come on. When we opened the bonnet we realized they did not put back the engine cover as well. I informed them immediately of all the errors now with the new error of the battery light being on they state that they picked up that there was a problem might I add during the duration of the car being there we were not informed of alternator battery issue nor was it on that large qoute they supplied us with. There was no mention of this at all .Only after I queried it they now informed me that there was a alternator battery fault. They refuse to take any accountability for what they have done instead of sending a technician to assist us they instead respond with a long lengthy email to cover their backs.Might I also add the diagnostic report was only emailed when we queried the new faults. The lengthy email was only typed and emailed after our queries. I can honestly say I wish I never took my car there . I was skeptical but decided to give them a try based on the fact that they are Bosch and also close to home. Biggest regret ever what makes it worse is their lack of empathy they have created more problems for us but refuse to assist. They claim to have have only done diagnostics on the car however to give a qoute that huge the engine must have been touched their technician fiddled with something to cause the car to deteriorate on such a short time ......been driving the car for so long without any major issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVISE CENTER . You will be highly disappointed and will be left with bigger problems in the end and further more they are unapologetic.
My experience has always been good however all good things do come to an end. I have been calling mpowa since the morning to no avail. The phones rings and nobody answers. I applied yesterday was approved and the installment already reflecting however no money was put into my bank account. Its now the following day past 12. I cannot get hold of them on the number they provide.funds have not been transfered to me.
I am Disgusted with DMC after settling an account earlier this year and being in communication with one of the their employees confirming I do not owe them money I am still on the bureu. I paid the same account with a different attorney early in 2021 and settlement letter was received not long after DMC tried to collect the same account from me I advised them that the account was settled and paid upon investigation DMC advised that the account was closed and sent to numerous places . they apologized and ensured me it would be off the bureau. I noticed this was not being removed off my credit profile it is now october. DMC are thieves they want me to pay this account Even though it was already settled with the other attorneys. I am now in so many disputes over this 1 account . It has made my life miserable and DMC kept lying to me about it kept reassuring me they removed it despite me showing them that it was still reflecting .
I am utterly disgusted with Experian. After working so hard to settle my debt Experian refuses to remove 1 settled account of my profile despite me showing them proof of settlement with the settlement letter , The attorneys have removed me on their side However on the My Credit Expert Portal this account is still reflecting . They Close my disputes and do not answer their phones. It has been painful. I cannot get this resolved and it is impacting me negatively .
