Broken chandeliers

I bought a lot of light fittings from Mica Boksburg which is Eurolux products. The chandeliers that I bought for the bedrooms was 14 chandeliers, +- 4 years to 5 years. These chandeliers are very poorly manufactured. I did bring this to their attention and a technician was sent out. All electrical components are working very well, the arms just falls and breaks at the stress points. Beverly from Eurolux says that every 3 years she buys new chandeliers because is not something she likes to see after 3 years. I told I bought these chandeliers to last and not break after a few years. Her response was that the guarantee is over and nothing she can do. I am not talking about the guarantee I’m talking about the poor quality of the chandeliers in question. Please can you assist in this regard.
