I bought a eurolux light bulb at checkers kuruman mall, the light bulb started to flicker 5 minutes after being installed. Went back to the store to ask for a refund and they didnt give it to me. Now I am stuck with a useless light bulb that didn't even last 10 minutes.

Eurolux poor service
Bought about a year and half ago a Eurolux insect killer. Now my problem is that the stater packed up. I bought Eurolux and paid more for it because I thought if something goes wrong I would be able to get spares easy. But my reasoning for paying more for the Eurolux product was totaly wrong. Cant get a simple thing like a starter. Tried every where. I decide to contact Eurolux. But whit no only refering me all over the show. The mail that I receive was from a Tesha. Not even trying to solve the problem. So be awre not always beter to pay more for a product. VERY POOR SERVICE

Eurolux poor service
Bought about a year and half ago a Eurolux insect killer. Now my problem is that the stater packed up. I bought Eurolux and paid more for it because I thought if something goes wrong I would be able to get spares easy. But my reasoning for paying more for the Eurolux product was totaly wrong. Eurolux delivered exceptional service—fast, professional, and deeply appreciated.
I recently bought 8 globes from Leroy Merlin Pretoria, and unfortunately, 3 arrived damaged. I reached out to their support team, and they responded immediately—no delays, no hassle. They arranged replacements without hesitation, and their driver, Derick, went above and beyond by driving 80km one way to deliver them personally. I genuinely felt bad for the trouble, but I’m incredibly grateful. Massive kudos to Eurolux for such exceptional service—it’s rare to experience this level of care these days. A huge thank you to Robert Taylor and to Derick, the professional and courteous driver who made it all happen. Truly impressed!

Pathetic service from Eurolux
I made the effort to drive 40km to the Eurolux showroom to purchase a light. I wanted to see the display before purchase. I was happy with the purchase, paid the company I had to buy it through, a WEEK later, still Eurolux has not taken interest to deliver the item from the company I bought it through. I called this afternoon and the staff left early. Nobody could assist once more. The service of this renowned brand is not good.

Broken chandeliers
I bought a lot of light fittings from Mica Boksburg which is Eurolux products. The chandeliers that I bought for the bedrooms was 14 chandeliers, +- 4 years to 5 years. These chandeliers are very poorly manufactured. I did bring this to their attention and a technician was sent out. All electrical components are working very well, the arms just falls and breaks at the stress points. Beverly from Eurolux says that every 3 years she buys new chandeliers because is not something she likes to see after 3 years. I told I bought these chandeliers to last and not break after a few years. Her response was that the guarantee is over and nothing she can do. I am not talking about the guarantee I’m talking about the poor quality of the chandeliers in question. Please can you assist in this regard.
