I recently bought 8 globes from Leroy Merlin Pretoria, and unfortunately, 3 arrived damaged. I reached out to their support team, and they responded immediately—no delays, no hassle. They arranged replacements without hesitation, and their driver, Derick, went above and beyond by driving 80km one way to deliver them personally. I genuinely felt bad for the trouble, but I’m incredibly grateful. Massive kudos to Eurolux for such exceptional service—it’s rare to experience this level of care these days.
