I bought a few Eurolux led outdoor lamps from Leroy Merlin. 4 are faulty. I have been reading that many other people have similar issues. I will not buy Eurolux products again.
I needed to replace a cracked screen on a Samsung S23 ultra phone. I paid online via the Technomobi website. Took my phone in two days later after I confirmed that they had stock of the new screen. I asked them to repair my phone the same day. They did a great job at a fair price. Also replaced my battery at the same time. Thanks Raykie and Lesedi. I am a very happy customer. Will come to you again if required. Btw…their offices in Pretoria are very cool, well located and in a safe building. Regards Ashraf

MTN esim is again not working. MTN need to train their employees at the franchise stores and their MTN direct stores. They openly admit that they do not know how to activate the esim on my Samsung Galaxy watch 4 LTE. The network for cellphones is great but customer service is non-existent. I went to the following stores: Melrose Arch, Rosebank and finally Sandton City that assisted me. Now I find out that the network can't support esim again. Why advertise esim when you can't support it. You guys are useless. And I'm paying for monthly subscription with no service. Wake up MTN. Julie slaap..
I have been a contract customer of MTN for more than 20 years. I spend about R1000 per month with you. I called a few times trying to get an answer on adding an esim lte watch to add to my phone contract. When I renewed my contract in August 2019, MTN did nit have esim functionality unlike Vodacom. My last call to a Cynthia Tshabalala I asked her to tell Sharika ****enson (supervisor) to call me. Five days later and still no call back from MTN. Poor customer service. I have never had a problem with MTN but maybe it’s time to consider another network. I can’t believe the lack of client service. So basically all MTN clients that have contracts prior to them launching their esim are stuck. Maybe MTN doesn’t have faith in it’s esim functionality. They could use this opportunity to get more revenue by charging a monthly service fee for esim plus the cost of the watch. But MTN turns you away, doesn’t want your money and can’t add a watch as an additional item to an existing contract. Maybe MTN needs a new IT and marketing manager?
I needed to fill up Adblue in my diesel vehicle. Engen advertise on their website that certain of their garages stock Adblue. There is even a detailed map showing which Engen garages have it. I called several Engen garages including Fourways, Malibongwe drive (both branches), Conrad drive Randburg, Empire Road, Barry Hertzog Emmarentia. None of them have it in stock. I sent an email to Engen asking which garages stock it in Jhb. I have had no reply from them. Absolutely shocking that in a big city like Johannesburg none of the Engen garages stock Adblue. Can anyone assist as to where I can buy Adblue? Thank you
I am still without my refund for a Dishwasher that I paid for in December 2017. After several attempts to contact TV and Appliance Direct I am at a dead end. I am wasting more money supercharging my review so other innocent consumers do not get caught in this scam. So Adam Aindow as CEO of TV and Appliance direct responds as follows: "(On 21 Feb 2018, at 19:51, Adam Aindow ********** wrote: Hi Ashraf, It is with regret that I must advise you that having checked with my accounts team your refund was not processed in the last refund EFT run. Kindly supply your details directly to me by return and I can assure you that the funds will be issued as part of this Friday's refund run. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience)" I have sent Banking details three times to them and they still ask for it???
A few more weeks have passed and still no refund from TV and Appliance direct. I was promised my refund last week Friday and to date nothing has happened. So just to recap: 1. I ordered a Dishwasher in December 2017 from their on line store. 2. I paid by credit card 3. I was promised delivery in 5 to 7 days 4. Two weeks later I contacted them asking where the dishwasher was 5. They promised it would be delivered to me the sane day as their couriers Time Freight messed up the delivery 6. A week later I still did not receive the item so contacted them again. 7. We agredd to cancel the order as now there was not stock. 8. I gave my banking details to them as requested for the refund. 9. Three months later still no dishwasher and still no refund. These guys are thieves. Please be careful Do not buy fronm them. If and when I do receive my money I will be sure to inform you all. They do not give you their physical address. They do not answer their phones. They do not reply to emails. They sometimes chat with you via their portal (on a good day) Brenadan, Adam, Vanessa all liars are crooks. Please go to Makro, Dion Wired, Game or other physical stores to buy products. I regret my delaings with these guys. i will continue to write bad reviews about them until I get my money back. I have a feeling they going to shut down soon so DO NOT PAY money into their account.
I paid for a dishwasher. They have my money since December last year. After numerous attempts to call/email them, they have not responded. The last time they did respond via Hellopeter they promised to pay back the money. My money has been stolen. Be careful guys I think they are going to shut down very soon. Seems like financial liquidation so now they are just stealing peoples money as long as they can. Definitely con artists and thieves. Bendan, Adam, Vanessa Check Hellopeter. Many people have been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM as tempting as it may seem.
Terrible experience dealing with this lot. They never answer their phones. They do not respond to emails. If you Lucky to get them on their on line chat then you have very different answers from various employees . Vanessa and Brendan gave me contradicting answers regarding my dishwasher that I ordered and paid for. Vanessa said I was getting delivery that same day. Brendan says no stock. Eventually I ask for a refund. Brendan say no problem we just need to wait for his CEO to approve. One month later no money in my account. Thieves liars and con artists. Do not deal with these crooks. Go to Makro or Game or Dion Wired. Their on line service is much better. With these guys you don’t have a physical address to go to. Seems like they deliberately do not give it to you when you ask for it as they have disappointed thousands of clients. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. I am now seeking legal advice to get my money back. Maybe they want to score the interest so they delay with the refund. Or they will just close shop and steal my money. I still don’t have a dishwasher as I need the cash back to buy another one. Disgusting!
