Bought about a year and half ago a Eurolux insect killer. Now my problem is that the stater packed up. I bought Eurolux and paid more for it because I thought if something goes wrong I would be able to get spares easy. But my reasoning for paying more for the Eurolux product was totaly wrong. Cant get a simple thing like a starter. Tried every where. I decide to contact Eurolux. But whit no only refering me all over the show. The mail that I receive was from a Tesha. Not even trying to solve the problem. So be awre not always beter to pay more for a product. VERY POOR SERVICE
Made a reservation and made a mistake by putting my name instead of my surname....now they wany to charge me R 300 for the change......could understand if I wanted to change any flight times or daya or change to other person. But this is day light robbery.....what do you think.......and trying to make a reservation at Shoprite was a nightmare......so al I need is to change my name.........poor service Reservation no RTYKJK
I cancel my DSTV subscription at the end of August 2017 for the end of September 2017. That is a months notice that DSTV required. At the end of September 2017 DSTV still illegaly deducted the amount of R 980.00 out of my account. After a number of phone the call centre told me that the repay amount would be R 785.00. So according to me after DSTV MADE A MISTAKE THE CLEINT IS BEING PENALIZED. I call this day light robbery. No wonder they got millions to waste on rubbish.
