Worst experience ever.
If I could give a negative 5‑star rating, I absolutely would. My car was taken in on 7 January, and more than a month later it is still at your workshop. For the past two weeks, I’ve been given false completion dates repeatedly. Today (06/02/2026), you told my husband we would finally be getting the car back — and once again, that was untrue. There is zero communication from your side. If we don’t follow up ourselves, we hear nothing. No updates, no honesty, no accountability. And to make matters worse: what panel beater company doesn’t have a contingency plan for load shedding or power outages? It is unacceptable that customers must simply wait because your business is not compliant or prepared. That is not our burden to carry — it is a reflection of poor planning and even poorer management. Shame on MiWay for referring customers to such a backward, unprofessional company. We are good, paying customers, and this is the standard of service you choose to associate your brand with. It reflects extremely poor decision‑making on your behalf to have Europa Panel Beaters on your panel as “professional” service providers. This entire experience has been pathetic, frustrating, and deeply unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to your company, and I regret ever trusting you with my vehicle.

Excellent work
I was involved in an accident and my insurance @miway appointed europa panelbeaters at Benoni and man I am so happy with the work they did in my vehicle, they even delivered before time thanks to the whole team of Europa Panelbeaters 🙏

Good work must be recognized, great work must be praised.
Booking in the vehicle was a breeze, dropped me off at home without even making arrangements. Daily pictures of the progress on the car. Even fixed up previous mess up from previous panelbeater with no extra charge. The best part.... the got cleaned after the work was down. Karl and team... Thank you

Booking in the vehicle was a breeze, dropped me off at home without even making arrangements. Daily pictures of the progress on the car. On the 10th of March 2021 I took my car to Europa Panelbeaters in Benoni and I had full tank of petrol in my vehicle. I was promised to get a back my car on Friday the 12th but that did nit happen. I only got my car on the 18th of March 2021. Despite all the delays I must say they did a very good job and I'm impressed. When I fetched my car on 18 March 2021 quarter tank of the petrol has been used. I called this morning and Chantel told me that they only drove the car from workshop to the pavement which in my opinion will not even consume an inch of petrol. I do not know what happened between the 10th to the 18th of March only Europa Panelbeaters knows.
