If I could give a negative 5‑star rating, I absolutely would. My car was taken in on 7 January, and more than a month later it is still at your workshop. For the past two weeks, I’ve been given false completion dates repeatedly. Today (06/02/2026), you told my husband we would finally be getting the car back — and once again, that was untrue. There is zero communication from your side. If we don’t follow up ourselves, we hear nothing. No updates, no honesty, no accountability. And to make matters worse: what panel beater company doesn’t have a contingency plan for load shedding or power outages? It is unacceptable that customers must simply wait because your business is not compliant or prepared. That is not our burden to carry — it is a reflection of poor planning and even poorer management. Shame on MiWay for referring customers to such a backward, unprofessional company. We are good, paying customers, and this is the standard of service you choose to associate your brand with. It reflects extremely poor decision‑making on your behalf to have Europa Panel Beaters on your panel as “professional” service providers. This entire experience has been pathetic, frustrating, and deeply unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to your company, and I regret ever trusting you with my vehicle.
