When renting a car the service was good. But when requesting my deposit to paid back europ car i received a invoice where my deposit is due to me and then weeks later when I followed up I received a call that am I aware of the wheel cap which is damaged I told them yes. Then Weeks later I received an Invoice where they wanted to take R1936 for one wheel cap. Then I needed to do follow ups and complain and weeks later I received another invoice and documents which is not even related to me but scanned in between my documents and other clients documents quoting me for Two wheel caps of R402.5 one. Then I had to dispute this. Then days later they send me a new quote from a different supplier saying One wheel cap Is R733.92 and after all that they want to charge me with a admin claim of R400. This is bad service provided and it takes them 2-3 business days to respond to one email.
