Servicetec Sandton - Pathetic service

The service received at Servicetec in Sandton is pathetic. They don’t communicate. You never know what is going on unless you phone. They took 5 days just for my quote. Then I had to phone again regarding the status and delivery of my machine. They **** about the delivery date and then moved it out by nearly a week. Then making it clear they are doing me a favour. Unbelievable

I will not recommend this business to anyone. I will never use them again
