I am extremely dissatisfied with the application, as it fails to deliver on its promises. The exercise descriptions, explanations, and accompanying photos and videos do not match. Despite providing examples and highlighting issues, my concerns have been disregarded and attributed to network problems on my end. The customer service and support have been woefully inadequate. I strongly advise against using this application, as it prioritizes payment over user experience and support. Rather consider alternatives that provide better service.
Their service is pathetic. My status all of a sudden changed from Gold to Red, even though I am paying for Gold. I am unable to use my benefits as a gold member. Customer service confirmed that their system shows Gold but my App and in store shows Red????? They indicate that they will respond in 48 hours, however it is now 3 days with no response or fix. Best you don’t register and don’t use them. Rather go elsewhere and make use of a service provider that values you as the paying customer. You will not experience this at Tiger Wheel and Tyre support
Again Mr Delivery in the Sunward Park area, delivered my order with incomplete meals. This must be the sixth order delivered incomplete. Then again don’t think they will rectify it. No. You must be happy without your meal and send them a photo!!!!!!!! Don’t you check the items before collecting???? Pathetic. I reported this every time, but nothing is done about it
The attitude and service from staff in Builders Warehouse Boksburg is non existent and pathetic. My wife and I was unpacking 2.4m wall cladding from the shelf. About 9 Builders Warehouse staff walked pass us without even offering to help. We asked one of them to please assist, his response was “sorry, not my department, he will try and find the person, which never arrived. We went to the contractor counter after we were referred there to wrap the 22 wall claddings we bought . The employee fetched the wrapping but did not want to wrap alone. My wife had to wrap. This is beyond pathetic.
Mr Delivery in the Sunward Park area, service is beyond pathetic. I lost count on how many deliveries were made where all my drinks were spilled. The delivery driver feel nothing. Also deliveries with missing items. Don’t think they will go back and collect your missing items. No way. You must wait till they done with their investigation to receive a credit. Still, I am missing a meal Secondly, check the prices between the actual restaurant and Mr Delivery. I just did the pizza’s I ordered. Mr Delivery add R60 to R80 per pizza. Rather let the actual restaurant deliver for you
I will not recommend Shell fuelling station in Sunward Park, kingfisher drive. They are disorganised with zero customer service. They never have enough attendants or the attendants are reluctant to assist customers. They don’t keep track of vehicles arriving first and will assist customers arriving way after the time you did and leave you still waiting. They will even smile at you while doing it. Does not help you go in and speak to the manager or even request to show them on the cameras. As they are also not able or willing to assist. Spare yourself the frustration and support any other fuel station, but them This happened to me 3 times in a row and the manager and customer service were just as rude and reluctant as the attendant
I do not understand why one has to book an appointment with DHA on the BABS platform. At DHA Boksburg you fall in to the queue, if you have an appointment or not. 4 hours just to collect a passport???? It is a waste of time to book an appointment.
The service received at Servicetec in Sandton is pathetic. They don’t communicate. You never know what is going on unless you phone. They took 5 days just for my quote. Then I had to phone again regarding the status and delivery of my machine. They **** about the delivery date and then moved it out by nearly a week. Then making it clear they are doing me a favour. Unbelievable I will not recommend this business to anyone. I will never use them again
What a disaster every time. 5 out of 6 orders with missing items. Worst of all you don’t receive any support or service on queries. Don’t phone them because you are bothering them. Pathetic Rather order from any other KFC. Sunward Park, not recommended at all. STAY AWAY They don’t even get it right through Mr D. Mr D another disaster for another complaint.
Very disappointed in FNB. Their customer service is pathetic and they are *********. Approving debit order mandate without me accepting it. They did not even send me a sms to approve or decline. Further could they not even give me an answer on how it happened. You need to refund me FNB
