EUROSTYLE WINDOWS DEON ADAMS
Deon Adams has appeared here a few times and all of these reviews are TRUE. He is unstable, unprofessional and most certainly should not be entitled to any success. We had a contract value of R65,714 of which we PAID upfront - R54,400. We had 3 windows snagged. We left the key for access to the unit IN GOOD FAITH and this man sent his team to REMOVE 6 of the opening windows which were NOT on the SNAG list as well as the REMOVAL of the balcony Door. We sit with gaping holes and damage to aluminium frames - Deon Adams states that he wants his balance of payment of R11,000 without attending to snags.
Deon then proceeded to send a long whatsapp messages to all our contractors which ended with .........Please be warned, I had to make a stand. Good luck.
We have asked for arbitrations by aamsa / sagga. Please can all people with reviews about EUROSTYLE WINDOWS AND DOORS copy complaint to SAGGA/AAMSA This business should BE TAKEN DOWN.

In short, all windows and doors were perfectly supplied & installed. I personally took photos and videos of all this. Laura tried to fabricate imaginary snags to be there, there weren't any and she used the snag list (NOT) to avoid paying the balance of the money owing.
I gave her an immense amount of time on site, visiting there no less than 6 times, trying to give her my best and professional service, and after all this effort and a good installation team effort, she pulls this on Eurostyle. It is just not right, not fair and simply not truthful.
Unfortunately in our game, we are sitting ducks at the end of the contract and I'm sure this will apply to all sub-contractors in the building industry in Cape Town.

As a follow up to this matter with Laura Beylefeld, and in conclusion, the owner of the apartment has intervened, has paid Eurostyle in full, and Eurostyle will immediately hang the window sashes again as well as the hinged door. Eurostyle will make sure that all these work perfectly and naturally our one year guarantee stands firm.

Your acknowledgement to immediately hang window sashes and door ägain"is perhaps an acknowledgement that the REMOVED items were not part of the SNAGGED items.
So many contradictions in your emails and attitude- here is a note for the record of what Deon Adams says - After yesterday’s meeting on site, I instructed my team to go back to site this morning to remove the opening window sashes and to bring back to the factory for service work and 2 new friction stays. We also found the hinge door to be faulty and this too we brought back to our factory for service and rectification. We however now find out that there is an amount of R11,214.45 outstanding. Eurostyle’s accounts department has informed me that no further work can commence until this amount is paid in full. If we can get this amount paid up today still and proof of payment given, we can have the window sashes and hinged door reinstalled today before 5pm. Sorry for the inconvenience and we look forward to speedy payment so that the rectified sashes and door can be reinstalled today or soon as possible;

The installation was done and we had justified snags which were not attended to ;1. Kitchen top window does not open easily 2. Bedroom 2 window has the same opening difficulty3. Guest toilet stays needed adjustment4. Condensation/water drops were found on the Lounge master window on the inside, we asked if the Sealing was done on the outside of all installed windows/frames and were told we are asking stupid questions.
We suggested to Eurostyle that we leave a key so that they can access the unit at leisure, in order to investigate the minor snags and repair same. Without notice, Eurostyle entered the premises and REMOVED the balcony door and six other windows which were not at ALL on the snag list. The snagged windows remain an issue.Take note of their emails after the fact, claiming that they removed windows and door to bring back to the factory for service and 2 new friction stays! These removed items were NOT on the snag list. This was malicious intent.
No-one OWED you Money Deon Adams, the job remains INCOMPLETE and you have your final payment in advance.

As a follow up to this saga, Eurostyle Windows and doors were contacted last week by the owner for this project and were requested to service the windows & door that Eurostyle had installed. Eurostyle gladly returned to the site to service the windows as we have been paid in full and the windows are under guarantee. On arrival we noted that the Aluminium company that was appointed to replace us, have manufactured and installed sub-par items that were all leaking and giving various issues and even broke the glass on one of the windows that we installed!
