Nightmare of note. Once the policy is activated you just cannot get a call back. Support line no answer, Direct email to sales and no response. Ask for the voice recordings, you get ignored. Pathetic bunch
robots are a waste of time, they do not understand. I spent almost an hour on the phone to get a vehicle cover quote with cross border & 3rd party liability cover. The policy document was due to be sent as we finished the call. I am still waiting. You cannot get through to 1st for women by phone, almost impossible. VVM a gangster collecting agency! 3. My Cell C contract Account Number: 386392........ was cancelled on 11/6/2024, confirmed in writing by Cell C. All relevnt steps were followed and documented, in writing. Out of the blue I have VVM harrasing me. I asked them to check their instruction from Cell C and let me have the Statment of Account with reason for handover. NEVER to be seen and now, again they keep calling like mad people stating an outstanding of R537.93. I ask, how is the amount made up? Where is the account statement from 11/6/2024. Now I get several different non understanding humans calling and not one understands english, let alone accounting. They cannot understand what I am asking them to do and that is Go back to Cell C and ask them to explain. Everyone is wasting time and energy and in the process messing up my credit record for R537.93 which is not outstanding. When calling the provided numbers, 0877411935 and 0877411920 we get a message, the number you have dialled does not exist VVM ITF INFINITY BANK (can we run a check on these people) Can someone audit them? CONCLUSION: I do not have a Cell C account.
service@clicks.co.za I drive 28 KM round-trip to get prescription medication. The Dr had sent two scripts each under a separate email. Both emails addresses were identical. Buso Sesethu gives me one prescribed medicine and tells me that the other cannot be given to me because there is no paper trail on the email. What can I say, same doctor, same email address, same practice number and details. Who is this Sesethu? A pharmacist? And the process took forever in an empty store!!! Rediculous
On 10 May 2024 an email was sent to Cell C to remind them of upcoming contract cancellation. On 11 May 2024 a call was placed to CANCEL upcoming contract expiry Contract ENDED 10 June 2024 Sufficient notice was given. Debit Order was Stopped at the Bank - Inside of Capitec Malmesbury, Western Cape Cell C was asked to also cancel the debit order on their side however, Cell C never fails to disappoint On 30-5 - a payment of R270 On 4-6 - another payment of R270 On 25-6 another payment of R340 On 15-7 an attempted deduction of R340 and NOW a notice that my account has been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors for the amount of R457.15. You can try and call Cell C - the call just ends!!!! Email them and you get an automated response. Does this make sense to anyone ? What is happening? How many old people are suffering this constant ABUSE as a consumer. Is there any honesty left in this world?
