So because Eurosuit & Bride&Co have deleted my review over 10 times I will post it here for anyone thinking about using them: I have never received worse service. Our first choice for the Grooms suit was Eurosuit as they are a well known franchise featured in most of the wedding articles & fairs - and are COSTLY which usually means quality. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our first visit was amazing with wonderful service & what we would later find out empty promises. My hubby chose his suit & we paid in FULL upfront - a good R7347 later (our first mistake because this is where the good service stopped). This was 3 months before the wedding - we then gave them notice of all 5 groomsmen & let them know dates they'd be coming in for fitting & when we'd need them by. At this fitting my hubby was then told he'd have to pay an ADDITIONAL R2500 for the alterations which we were never told during the purchase - We would never have agreed to this now R9847 suit! Never mind that we hadn't budgeted for this! At this visit we booked the final fitting & collections of all the suits a week before the wedding & this gave them over a months notice. AGAIN a week before we tried to confirm with them. We tried calling multiple times a day at different times & no one answered. Eventually after emailing we were told that we must be using the wrong number & must use the one on their website - after trying again (on the SAME number) we rep**** saying there was still no answer & it was the same number they supp**** & that was on all their sites (besides the fact that it's the same number we'd used to confirm before). We then received an email saying not to worry that our appointment was booked. So the Sunday came a week before the wedding & we all meet there before they even open (through lots of detours as it was the comrades marathon day) only to find out that not a SINGLE ONE of the suits had been altered or were ready!! This is a WEEK before our wedding!! This has been booked MONTHS before & confirmed a WEEK before!! We traveled to Umhlanga from Toti & Hillcrest for this. We work full time jobs & can't just pop in during the week! While we were there another poor lady came in that was all the way from Pietermaritzburg (again having to drive around Comrades) & her WEDDING DRESS wasn't ready & hers was also the next weekend & she had bought it & paid A YEAR AGO. There was literally NO explanations or excuses given - just blank stares. Eventually we were promised up & down that they would be done first thing Monday & that WE would be contacted on Monday morning to arrange delivery. Infuriated but we had no choice but to agree. Monday lunchtime came with no contact so we had to phone (luckily we had insisted on the mangers private cell number as AGAIN no answer on the main lines). After all the promises only the grooms suit was delivered (So creased I had to take it to the dry cleaners & pay extra for rush job) & at that point I was tired of fighting so we just made a plan to collect the other suits. If all of this wasn't bad enough the quality of this over R9k suit was horrible. By the end of the ceremony & before the reception even started the grooms suit was breaking: a belt loop had come apart & the TOP button of his jacket came off - THE ONE HE NEEDS TO USE. How can this be the quality of such an expensive suit???? It's disgusting what these people charge for this service & quality - we went to a place like this because of the cost because you expect the best & because I wanted the groom to feel spoiled for his big day - you guys just spoilt it. Shocking!
