What a disgrace of a company. I should have read the Google reviews before I hired a suit from them, that should have been the first red light. I hired a suit from them for my daughter's wedding, I phoned the Wednesday before the wedding to ask if I can collect it. I was told I can only collect it the Thursday as it was mor ready yet. I had to organise with a friend to collect it for me as we left for the venue Thursday morning 6H00. The venue was 40km from Vaalwater and 80Km from Lephalale on a private lodge. I got the suit at 12h15 the Saturday. I had to be at the "First look" at 14h00. When I opened the suit bag I immediately realised here is a massive problem. I hired a navy-blue suit. The one in the bag was black. My daughter specifically didn't want me to wear a black suit as she didn't want anyone to wear the same colour suit as the groom. Next problem. The pants were about 20cm to short and the waste size double my size. What now. Where do you organise a suit in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday less than two hours before the first look. We somehow managed to borrow a suit from the farmer next door that sort of fitted me. I had no choice. It was either the borrowed suit or a T-shirt and slops. Thx Eurosuit. Your *********** staff surely made you proud. My son rented pants from them for the wedding. The pants were full of white marks on the back. Also, way to short. He got a nice surprise in one of the pockets. A hand full of tissues full of blood. Those pants never saw a washing machine before they gave it to him. The tissues were not mushed up like when it goes through the wash. It makes me sick even thinking of it. Now comes the part where we wanted a refund. I went back to the store twice. Refund form filled in and was told by the store manager that's all I have to do she will organise the rest. I was sent a WhatsApp by the marketing manager asking me to also supply a bank letter. I told her. Keep the money. I don't have time to run around getting letters for a refund. They have a copy of my ID and my bank details. If that is not enough to do the refund on, they must keep the refund. Guys if you want to deal with the most useless company, use Eurosuit. I will never ever support them again and I will tell all my friends and family to never support them. They should be ashamed of the service they provide.

To: The Manager Eurosuit – Canal Walk, Century City Date: 30 October 2025 Subject: Formal Complaint – Poor Service and Missing Suit Bag Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service and lack of basic customer consideration I have received from your store. On 29 August 2023, I purchased my son’s matric ball suit from Eurosuit Canal Walk for R5,000. When I collected the suit after alterations, I was told there were no suit bags available, and that I would have to take this brand new suit in an old hire bag. I was not happy about this but had no alternative at the time. Fast forward to this year — my son wished to repurpose the same suit for his girlfriend’s matric ball. As it was slightly tight, I returned it to Eurosuit for further alterations to allow more room in the pants and jacket. I returned it in the same old hire bag I originally received. Upon collecting the suit this past Saturday, I was once again informed that there were no suit bags available, and that the suit was being given to me in a plastic bag. This is completely unacceptable for a store of Eurosuit’s reputation and pricing. It is unreasonable that customers who spend thousands of rand are repeatedly told that no suit bags are available. As a paying customer who has driven multiple times from Durbanville to Canal Walk, I find this situation appalling. Proper presentation and care for a R5,000 suit should be the bare minimum standard. I therefore demand that a new Eurosuit suit bag be provided to me and delivered to my home address before my son’s upcoming matric ball on 2 December 2025. Delivery address: 69 Monte Carlo Street Leicester Square Complex, Flat 7 Uitzicht, Durbanville Please arrange courier delivery and confirm once dispatched. One of the worst experiences ever in my life. Walked into the Canal walk store wanting to hire a suit and the assistant was like he wanna get rid of me. Requested a refund on 2/10/2025. Upto today no decent responses. DNT EVER GO THERE

I went to Eurosuit and purchased a suit for my wedding which was on Sunday 27/07/2025, I purchased a three piece with a shirt, shoes and belt. So basically I purchased the full suit there. They said they would steam my shirt, the night before the wedding I opened up my suit package and the shirt was extremely wrinkled as well as the suit top, they didn’t steam it at all!!! On the day of my wedding as I was getting dressed we also notice that they didn’t include the cufflink clips that come with the shirt! This was discovered as I was getting dressed! We had to use pins to keep the cuffs together! The person who helped me, his name was Liam, he needs to be fired and someone needs to take accountability for this! Reading all these reviews online it’s a shocker that this place hasn’t closed down!

Eurosuit Parkview, what a terrible experience. When we went to collect suit for matric farewell it was not ready, it was missing 😬 They had to collect what ever was left in the store and nothing was ironed and ready. We had to come back the next day. Worst experience ever.

So because Eurosuit & Bride&Co have deleted my review over 10 times I will post it here for anyone thinking about using them: I have never received worse service. Our first choice for the Grooms suit was Eurosuit as they are a well known franchise featured in most of the wedding articles & fairs - and are COSTLY which usually means quality. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our first visit was amazing with wonderful service & what we would later find out empty promises. My hubby chose his suit & we paid in FULL upfront - a good R7347 later (our first mistake because this is where the good service stopped). This was 3 months before the wedding - we then gave them notice of all 5 groomsmen & let them know dates they'd be coming in for fitting & when we'd need them by. At this fitting my hubby was then told he'd have to pay an ADDITIONAL R2500 for the alterations which we were never told during the purchase - We would never have agreed to this now R9847 suit! Never mind that we hadn't budgeted for this! At this visit we booked the final fitting & collections of all the suits a week before the wedding & this gave them over a months notice. AGAIN a week before we tried to confirm with them. We tried calling multiple times a day at different times & no one answered. Eventually after emailing we were told that we must be using the wrong number & must use the one on their website - after trying again (on the SAME number) we rep**** saying there was still no answer & it was the same number they supp**** & that was on all their sites (besides the fact that it's the same number we'd used to confirm before). We then received an email saying not to worry that our appointment was booked. So the Sunday came a week before the wedding & we all meet there before they even open (through lots of detours as it was the comrades marathon day) only to find out that not a SINGLE ONE of the suits had been altered or were ready!! This is a WEEK before our wedding!! This has been booked MONTHS before & confirmed a WEEK before!! We traveled to Umhlanga from Toti & Hillcrest for this. We work full time jobs & can't just pop in during the week! While we were there another poor lady came in that was all the way from Pietermaritzburg (again having to drive around Comrades) & her WEDDING DRESS wasn't ready & hers was also the next weekend & she had bought it & paid A YEAR AGO. There was literally NO explanations or excuses given - just blank stares. Eventually we were promised up & down that they would be done first thing Monday & that WE would be contacted on Monday morning to arrange delivery. Infuriated but we had no choice but to agree. Monday lunchtime came with no contact so we had to phone (luckily we had insisted on the mangers private cell number as AGAIN no answer on the main lines). After all the promises only the grooms suit was delivered (So creased I had to take it to the dry cleaners & pay extra for rush job) & at that point I was tired of fighting so we just made a plan to collect the other suits. If all of this wasn't bad enough the quality of this over R9k suit was horrible. By the end of the ceremony & before the reception even started the grooms suit was breaking: a belt loop had come apart & the TOP button of his jacket came off - THE ONE HE NEEDS TO USE. How can this be the quality of such an expensive suit???? It's disgusting what these people charge for this service & quality - we went to a place like this because of the cost because you expect the best & because I wanted the groom to feel spoiled for his big day - you guys just spoilt it. Shocking!

I hired a suit on Saturday the 29th of April from Euro Suit Rivonia when I got back to work on the 2nd of May we found out that the function was canceled, so I went to cancel the hire only to find out that I have to pay 25% for dry cleaners, but in the same breath Vusi told the hiring of the suit drycleaners is included, That Nkomo try to spin me another story to help his friend, from saying the wrong thing, I need my full refund from euro suit,I left all my details I need someone from Headoffice to call and refund my full in the next 5-7 Business days urgently, This is horrible service from Euro suit aI never expected this

Cancelled with + 3weeks warning and Eurosuit kept 25% of my fee despite there being NOTHING on my documentation or in shop to state a cancellation fee, several phone calls where resolve is promised and i never hear back. Will never recommend this shoddy company that *******ly keep your money
