I will never use thus company again, the absolute worst experience trying to log a return!!! Communication is beyond shocking and it seems one cannot return a product your unhappy with!! The company also sells units that do not have spares available (robot vacuum) Will never shop again in your platform, wish I had read the reviews in the beginning, hundreds of people feel the same way I do!!!

Absolutely shocking customer care service We purchased 5 boxes of mallow eggs 2 weeks before Easter, each box stale, i complained immediately as this needed to be rectified for our Easter celebrations All i have recieved is about 10 emails stating i will be contacted. Still waiting Thanks to Woolworths we had fresh mallow eggs, Beacon...never again! Over priced and stale!

Bride&co /Eurosuit Gateway What shocking service, you have kept 25% of my money for no legal reason, we cancelled just over 3 weeks in advance due to a family death, not anywhere does it state a 25% cancellation fee, not on any document i signed nor any signage in your shop yet you kept my money despite promises to sort the issue out on each of the 3 ph calls i made to you, not once have you gotten back to me, all i see online is negative reviews but clearly you do not seem to care do you
Cancelled with + 3weeks warning and Eurosuit kept 25% of my fee despite there being NOTHING on my documentation or in shop to state a cancellation fee, several phone calls where resolve is promised and i never hear back. Will never recommend this shoddy company that *******ly keep your money
I joined the Link hills branch with my daughter on the 29th May, 31st May my husband joined, middle June my daughters boyfriend joined, in 2 weeks i spent in excess of R6200 at their gym signing up. The day we signed up we were given a tour, on this tour we were told that several classes ran and that the following week spinning classes with an ex pro cyclist were due to start as well as boxing classes, this never happened, other facilities were also difficult to use, i attempted to use the sauna but felt uncomfortable as staff members sat in there and would not leave, this was brought to managements attention however the situation did not change. Last week of June we heard rumours of closing, i was assured by management my membership was safe and that the move was across the road and to please stay on board, we trusted his word and agreed however in July the gym went dark no electricity and new gym times were implemented which made the gym unusable and unsafe therefore we could not attend at this stage i engaged again with management and was assured it was a small electrical issue to be fixed the same week, it is now nearly 4 weeks and the gym is still in the dark, no electricity, i started the process a week ago for a full refund, when i joined this gym they had to have been aware of closing yet they took my money and promised a false offering, they decieved me, not only can we not safely use the gym we are not recieving any classes that were promised verbally as part of the membership package, all classes were also listed on their fb page at the time. Today i was informed that they will only offer refunds as of 31st August, their day of closure, how is this legal? I am being held ransom and being forced to pay for something completely unsafe to use. I also question the malls safety regulations, how is a gym allowed to operate in the dark? Not only is this unsafe but also a health hazard especially during a pandemic, by allowing this they are enabling members to be held to financial ransom, should an accident happen will insurance pay out? I am appalled at the handling of this situation and will be engaging with small claims court should my refund not be paid speedily.
