I went to Eurosuit and purchased a suit for my wedding which was on Sunday 27/07/2025, I purchased a three piece with a shirt, shoes and belt. So basically I purchased the full suit there. They said they would steam my shirt, the night before the wedding I opened up my suit package and the shirt was extremely wrinkled as well as the suit top, they didn’t steam it at all!!! On the day of my wedding as I was getting dressed we also notice that they didn’t include the cufflink clips that come with the shirt! This was discovered as I was getting dressed! We had to use pins to keep the cuffs together! The person who helped me, his name was Liam, he needs to be fired and someone needs to take accountability for this! Reading all these reviews online it’s a shocker that this place hasn’t closed down!
I created a vault markets account in my business name which required me to submit certain documents, including a tax certificate/letter of Good Standing. I sent in all my documents and got told i was verified. I tried to make a withdrawal and they declined it on the basis that they do not accept tax compliance status (TCS). The strange thing is that the TCS system replaced the previous system where SARS manually issues you with a certificate. Instead, they issues you a pin to view the tax status of an individual or company in real-time. It's beyond me why they don't know this and actually refuse to accept my tax compliance status. A simple google search will prove what I'm saying, any accountant or even SARS themselves will say the same thing. I will be taking this matter further to the FSCA and the FAIS Ombud office.
I drove all the way to bossa burgundy as I usually do twice a month, it's extremely far for us as we're from the south. Upon arrival we WERE NOT greeted by the doorman , he was visibly in an irritable mood. We signed in and I asked him what the procedure is because when I signed in he just let us stand in the doorway not providing us a table or a waiter.. I specifically asked him what is going on and he said I can find a table outside, as we looked for a table we couldn't find one, we waited in the doorway for ten hole minutes which felt like 30 minutes. I stared at him and he did not acknowledge me. When I came to him the second time and asked him what is going on!!!!???? He simply said he thought I had found a table and there are no tables available at the moment!!!!!!!!! This is completely ridiculous service for a regular customer, your food is not cheap so the fact that I come there regularly shows in a loyal customer and I liked your food and service previously it it only takes one horrible experience to completely ruin a good restaurant. I think your door guy needs to be reprimanded, I will happily come in and point out the doorman as well as explain what he did and his role in this experience
My ride was supposed to be R28 but they charged me r100!! The app is now offering a discount but I don't ever use the app I needed to only today! I want a refund ASAP this is a complete scam
