I went to Eurosuit and purchased a suit for my wedding which was on Sunday 27/07/2025, I purchased a three piece with a shirt, shoes and belt. So basically I purchased the full suit there. They said they would steam my shirt, the night before the wedding I opened up my suit package and the shirt was extremely wrinkled as well as the suit top, they didn’t steam it at all!!! On the day of my wedding as I was getting dressed we also notice that they didn’t include the cufflink clips that come with the shirt! This was discovered as I was getting dressed! We had to use pins to keep the cuffs together! The person who helped me, his name was Liam, he needs to be fired and someone needs to take accountability for this! Reading all these reviews online it’s a shocker that this place hasn’t closed down!
I created a vault markets account in my business name which required me to submit certain documents, including a tax certificate/letter of Good Standing. I sent in all my documents and got told i was verified. I tried to make a withdrawal and they declined it on the basis that they do not accept tax compliance status (TCS). The strange thing is that the TCS system replaced the previous system where SARS manually issues you with a certificate. Instead, they issues you a pin to view the tax status of an individual or company in real-time. It's beyond me why they don't know this and actually refuse to accept my tax compliance status. A simple google search will prove what I'm saying, any accountant or even SARS themselves will say the same thing. I will be taking this matter further to the FSCA and the FAIS Ombud office.
Please whatever you do, do not ever take your car to this place and if your insurance chooses these panel beaters just know that you have the right to decline. My name is Ziyaad and in March a drunk driver rear-ended me. I submitted a claim to Miway Insurance and they approved my claim and elected Farber Coachworks. This was the worst experience of my life. Firstly, I only got my car back mid-August! During the months that they had my car, their incompetent staff could not fix my car properly. Firstly the alignment of the bumper is all out and today I found out that the bumper clip is worn meaning they bought a second-hand bumper, maybe even an aftermarket one. The spray work was so awful they left fish eye. My sensor hole were not flattened and the sensors were not sitting flush and are still not sitting flush. After taking the car back four times I just gave up and took my car because they've had it for months and I sure as hell was not gonna take my car back a 5th time! Honestly, I blame Miway insurance equally for choosing such a horrible company. Upon speaking to others, they too have had a terrible experience. If you look at my car now you can clearly see the paint isn't matching and there are creaking noises coming from my car. I will be taking this matter further with my insurance and if i have to I will go to the ombudsman as well.
Good Morning I purchased an Alva gas heater at Pick n Pay Hyper in Ottery two weeks ago. The item was faulty as it didn't spark causing me to use a lighter to light the heater. This is extremely dangerous to do, I returned the heater within 4 days and a manager told me that he could only exchange it. I wanted a refund because my friend has the exact same problem with his heater. Instead it was exchanged and now I'm having the exact same issue with the new one. The new one is even worse as it doesn't stay lit and takes ages for me to get it started which is exhausting early hours of the morning when I'm trying to heat my house. I would like to return both the heater and gas canister that I purchased for a full refund or voucher because I do not want this item. I'm extremely upset at this purchase and have checked the CPA and I'm entitled to a full refund. Please get back to me ASAP Thank you Regards Ziyaad
Amazing experience with this company, i was rammed in the back of my car by a drunk driver that resulted in a very traumatic accident. I was extremely upset as it was just a 2 month old car! I immediatly called Miway and they sent me a tow truck and processed my claim immediatly. I was then called the following monday by my validator to schedule a assessment which took place on Friday. It was a very pleasant conversation i had on the phone with Carline Fell (my validator) she was extremely effieint and very friendly, she truly brought light to a dark situation. Thank you Carline and Miway for the excellent service. I truly recommend this insurance to everybody! the best premiums and best service!

Good morning I tried returning an item I was not happy with that was bought about 2 weeks ago and this was my experience. This is the email I've sent to builders. The manager on duty or owner Abdul Hamed gave me an extremely hard time and was extremely dismissive. He tried to use a number of lies to persuade me that the foam cannon was fine. Firstly, I DID NOT say that there is anything wrong with the cannon in terms of it being damaged, I insisted that I did not like the way it works as it does not foam it makes soapy water that runs off the var immediately like water which is exactly what it's not supposed to do. I am well aware of how foam cannons work with pressure washers, he tried to tell me that in order to use the foam cannon I need to turn off the pressure washer and use it without the pressure???? that makes absolutely no sense and I even contacted Karcher and watched multiple videos online to prove him wrong but he still insisted. Secondly, he then started accusing me of trying to return the item because I wanted free shampoo by saying he can't understand why I did not return the item immediately and why I had used all the shampoo???? He said this because I had used the shampoo in the bottle. I need to make a note here that I offered to buy new shampoo which you guys sell in order to replace it and make the product brand new again as it is a simple replacement, additionally, I'd like to make note of the fact that OBVIOUSLY, one has to use the shampoo to test the product, in my email I also explained to you that I bought professional foaming car shampoo to test if it was the shampoo or the cannon, this brings me to his third lie which is that he said Karcher foam cannons are only meant for Karcher shampoo. Anybody who knows anything about washing cars will tell you that that is the most absurd statement ever made, because if that is true and is the case then I definitely want to return the item even more because why would I want to be limited to Karcher shampoo. He wanted to test the foam cannon and prove to me that it works, he tried filling the bottle with a dishwasher and it produced 0 foam (online many people used dishwasher liquid and it makes foam). So he wanted me to pay R180 for the shampoo to test the cannon, I asked him directly if I purchase the shampoo and it doesn't work if he would refund me and he reluctantly mumbled he would "have to" if it does not work. It is clear that he did not want to refund me, I also wasted about 50 minutes at the store so that he can lie to me and try to convince me that the foam cannon is fine. I'd also just like to add that the cannon is R400, the shampoo is R180, I offered to buy and replace the shampoo from YOUR store, which means I would only need to be refunded R220, he argued with me over such a small amount??? As aforementioned, I purchase all my items through you guys, it is extremely worrying that you guys do not assist with refunds and returns and that your managers/owners behave this way, i guess the customer is always right is not one of your informal policies. I need to inform you that I will be taking this further and will be contacting relevant parties in order to escalate this situation, at this point, it really is not about the return or the money as it is literally R220, but it is the principle behind it and if I can prevent and warn people about those business practises then maybe I can save someone else from this headache. Hi there This is not really a complaint but more a cry for help, miway could you please contact me as I've sold my insured vehicle and need my policy canceled. I spoke to an operator and she was supposed to call me back but I'm still waiting. My policy number is 65325578. Please contact me asap
Terrible customer service , promises of callbacks to no avail , still waiting for my migration order and its 3 August already.... this company should get closed done, looking at all these reviews and complaints I'm shocked that this company is still around, please do not ever ever sign up with octotel please use another line provider
I emailed Digicape customer support to enquire how much it will cost to replace my iPhone xs battery, they replied and said it would cost R750, I specifically asked what is the total cost and they still said R750! I do not stay close to Digicape so I specifically emailed them as to avoid the hassle of driving far out for no reason. Upon arrival I showed the lady (I do not want to mention her name as she did nothing wrong) my email correspondence. She then booked my phone in and took it to the technician. She then came back with a quote of R1500!!!!! She completely distanced herself from support who emailed me and said it would cost R750, she also claimed that nobody knew who was chatting to me, so 1) the company has no proper structure and any Tom , **** and Harry can hop onto support and provide false information to customers without any management knowing who it was ????? Or 2) the staff is untrained. The price of R1500 compromised of a replacement speaker as well which apparently they do when replacing the battery, why was I not told about this In the email ??!!! I also did not trust them at this point because they quoted me 750 in email and then 1500 in store??? I called I store and Apple, they referred me to the wefix procedure of battery replacement where everyone can clearly see that the speaker does not need to be replaced as well, I store also confirmed that the speaker doesn’t need to be replaced and quoted me R999 for a battery replacement. This service and experience has been extremely excruciating and I would rather advise anybody to go directly to the istore
