😲 wow worst experience ever sitting for two hours and not served. waitress serving everyone around us but skipping us. My son took me out for supper. Bossa burgundy you need to do better! Unacceptable 👎👎

🔥 Bossa Burgandy = BIG NOPE 🙅♂️ Worst dining experience EVER! 😡 Service was slower than a snail on valium. Waited an hour for food with no updates. Manager? Like he even exist? 🤷♂️ Didn't even bother to apologize. This is a manager with only a title but in reality should be on of the waiters! Food? Don't even get me started. Avo was brown on Pizzas as it stood for 30min under the warmer and waiter never bothered to go check up on our food. After a hour we had to go ask where is the rest of our food!!! 1/10 wouldn't feed my worst enemy 😤 #BossaBurgandyFail #NeverAgain 🚫 Biggest problem is the nonchalant manager that does not guide, support, reprimand his staff where needed (his a real d****y) with no idea wots happening in the restaurant as his whole time on a laptop. We spent R4000 there for our first time but will definitely be our last....🤬 service was 🤮🤢

Year end function disaster, by far the worst service where lunch became supper for most of us...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE! No order, will NOT go back there ever again and definitely won't recommend your establishment to any of my family and friends

On the 28th of September 2025 around 9pm My partner and I were out to grab supper and drinks when we got the door the waiters continued having their conversation up until I greeted said hi can we get a table they pointed said sit anywhere we sat down a very nice professional waiter came and asked to our order before that we pointed at a nice cosy section and asked him if we could sit there instead he said sure yes we can, so we moved a lady by the of Amy a waitress literally chased us away from that section saying its closed off again the nice gentleman said we can sit wherever we want to sit Amy and her colleagues continued the conversations saying they won't serve us eventually she came to us Amy apologized and we can place our the kitchen is closing in next 10mins and this is was only nine o'clock we knew she was lying that really upset us we reported this to the manager who promised to get back to us until today no one got back to us we didn't eat there we ended up leaving and buying burger king

On fathers day i was at bossa and my experience was the wors when i came to the food staff was friendly and tryed to keep up happy but the food was very bad firstly my daughter received a raw burger then when they brought it back there was items missing on,the steak was extremely cold and steak is not nice when its cold i also orderd me ribs an wings the rib was iced in the middle an the wings was over fried i send my ribs back an they just but it on the grill when i got it back it was burned and covered in source this was the worst experience ever an i would like you to resolve it and the site doesn't work to submit a complain

On friday the 30th May 2025 I was served a dirty salad at this Bossa, its called earthchild on the menu, they pilled avocado and included the avocado covers in the salad; I raised this with the waiter and she called the manager who didnt care at all, he said he is going to the kitchen and never returned. the waiter came back with the bill few minutes later, I assumed they decided that I deserved that kind of treatment. Worst experience. Table dirty and sticky. When Big Elvis burger arrived what a disappointment. Swopped the fries with my friend who ordered a salad instead. Returned my served portion. Onion rings were to oily to eat. Worst of all the burger patties...About 2x by 3 millimeter thick patties pre cooked and then re-heated. Shamefull to serve food like this. A disgrace to the industry's.

On Sunday 8th December I was supposed to have a reservation for a large group of 25 pax. The booking was confirmed via email as I needed to complete a form and also had to pay a deposit. We rocked up an hour prior to the booking only to realise the booking was never confirmed and my name/details were not on the reservation list. This has caused a great inconvenience as it was my daughters birthday and this was just added stress. They confirmed then that there would be tables available as they would "make a plan" but at the end we had to sit at different tables and not as a group. The bill then came and that was also a ***** up. Very disappointed in Bossa Burgundy Estate and how they handled their mistake they made.
