😲 wow worst experience ever sitting for two hours and not served. waitress serving everyone around us but skipping us. My son took me out for supper. Bossa burgundy you need to do better! Unacceptable 👎👎
I bought an item from this store and only opened it a week later. To my shock, it looked used—scratches, signs of wear, and a broken charging port. It was clear this had been returned by someone else and put back on the shelf. I took it back immediately after opening it, even though I missed the small-print return window. I was told no refund, and that it would be sent to their mechanic department. They promised to call me within 21 days. No one ever called. I followed up myself, and now they say it can’t be fixed and insist they “never put used items back on the shelf.” I no longer have the photos I took, but I know what I saw. I’m left with a broken product and no resolution. This has been a frustrating experience. I expected better service and transparency. I won’t be shopping here again, and I hope others check their purchases immediately and read the fine print—no matter how small.
