🔥 Bossa Burgandy = BIG NOPE 🙅♂️ Worst dining experience EVER! 😡 Service was slower than a snail on valium. Waited an hour for food with no updates. Manager? Like he even exist? 🤷♂️ Didn't even bother to apologize. This is a manager with only a title but in reality should be on of the waiters! Food? Don't even get me started. Avo was brown on Pizzas as it stood for 30min under the warmer and waiter never bothered to go check up on our food. After a hour we had to go ask where is the rest of our food!!! 1/10 wouldn't feed my worst enemy 😤 #BossaBurgandyFail #NeverAgain 🚫 Biggest problem is the nonchalant manager that does not guide, support, reprimand his staff where needed (his a real d****y) with no idea wots happening in the restaurant as his whole time on a laptop. We spent R4000 there for our first time but will definitely be our last....🤬 service was 🤮🤢
I bought a new car from Barons & they told me that a tracker is compulsory which I had no problem with. I bought the car in September 2019. A few days after I had the car a consultant from Netstar called me to arrange installation. He said one of the installers will contact me within 48hours to arrange installation. Two months went past & no one phoned me. I then again called Barons telling them as I had no contact details of Netstar. Within 24hours Netstar contacted me to arrange installation. Within 48hours the tracker was installed. The installer said Netstar will email me with all relevant info needed to setup app on phone. Four months past and nobody called or emailed me. I again called Barons, they mailed Netstar again and they phoned me. I explained my story then waited four days and no one contacted me. I then again contacted a lady Nadine from Netstar and had someone call me again. Eventually they mailed me with with info. I downloaded app and tried to register but OPT number went to different cell phone no. Then called Nadine again three times but she did not answer, did not get back to me neither. Its been five months now!!!
Found rusted piece of metal inside bread. I was so furious cos it could of caused serious injury or a fatality. I contacted blue ribbon regarding the rusted piece of metal found in bread. They sent a courier a week later to collect bread. They investigated the matter & found that it was a piece of there fan that broke off & fell into doe. I then was contacted by a Valencia & her reply to me was \nobody got hurt so why the big fuzz"She had a never minded attitude for me & my family. They offered me 3 loafs of bread as compensation for the trauma we went threw. Just thinking wot could of happened I was disgusted & disappointed in the manner blue ribbon handled the situation. I'm crying out to all my fellow people out there & warning them to watch out & take care cos of all the complaints on helopeter. I've read about stone in bread"
