Eva last decking definite no no

My experience was horrific.i paid they told me who their installer was. I dealt with the guy only to find out he gets someone else to do it. It’s put completely wrong. I hate it. Now Everlast tells me I should have gotten my own installer. Are they crazy. The deck was put in wrong I got home from work called the installer immediately I did say I called in the day numerous times and he was not available on site. He said he had to do it that way because he had less boards. The caretaker of my complex found boards full length lying in the complex which is against the rules so there wasn’t less boards. And if there was I should have been called. Now all the extra boards are sitting in my lounge with a hideous deck and Eva last says I need to buy 6 more boards to correct this. Don’t use them you will regret it.
