You don’t answer your phones you direct people to a chat where no one helps and you affiliated with *****ulent companies and they took my money didn’t deliver and you won’t help
Are these guys real or *****sters. They took my money. Their phone number is non existent and I paid with just pay now and no one answers and the chat is not helpful at all when I told them these people are telling me another week for my stuff

I bought a voucher from Absa second occasion where it just work to purchase food. I messaged for help days ago and I was just ignored. It was over R200 so I asked Absa to try to withdraw and cancel the voucher. Uber eats doesn’t have a contact number for assistance and this is not ok.my balance shows I have funds
They refuse to cancel your service requests don’t answer chats and you spend hours and hours and they cut you off or act dumb when you ask for help

Never ever purchase online go into the store because you chat and email them that the colour shown onsite and the product received is different and they say they will arrange a pickup and never do
I would give you 0 if I could. Firstly there’s no platforms to get hold of you WhatsApp and your live chat has me waiting from last week. Secondly I authorised a specific amount to be debited make sure they don’t con you because they taking out way more money from my bank account and they not reachable. I want to cancel the 1 existing line but as soon as you press billing you are ignored but if I press new service it’s an immediate answer. You guys are dishonest
Gosh this guy Jithesh at Gateway cotton on is really really something. I wrote a review I contacted customer service and cotton on did nothing. I returned whatever was bought because after my interaction with this guy I want nothing to do with cotton on. He said I have to wait in store as he messages payflex. The previous occasion he asked me for my order number like 20 times there was a lady at the store that just scanned my serial number on my phone for the purchase. Candice from La Lucia assisted but cotton on refused to help when I emailed them. It’s appalling. There’s other similar priced stores like H and M and Zara where there is respect for customers. This guy plays games. He didn’t process my refund he was out of the store hours after I called. Seriously this guy is something
