WORST SERVICE AND A MONEY **** OF NOTE
I purchased protein shakes on 14 February 2026 from then it said 5-7 working days for you to get your product however this order has never been processed or done and I have been requesting a refund but they are ignoring me - They don't return calls or emails even their interactive chat robot thing doesn't get answered

till today NO DELIVERY on my order
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed and order 2nd February 2026 and paid the same day. Their delivery time is 5-7 days. Till today I have not received my order, every time I enquire about the delivery of my order I get all sorts of excuses. I have requested a refund, my request was sent to the "relevant" department, till today no refund. Such a pity I did not read previous reviews.

Please do not buy through this company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering through them. They are very quick to take your money and then no delivery. They keep promising delivery 5 to 7 days, or busy preparing your order which never arrives. You can't get hold of anyone on the phone numbers they advertise. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. Buch of ****sters They don't even deserve 1 *

Ordered FM85 because my child needs it in preparation for a heart operation. It's not easily available where I am, so ordered a few (order#830227). This was on 19 Feb 2026 - no delivery, only excuses and promises. They said "it's in transit". They offered a refund, but that was also a lie as no refund received. Their phone numbers don't work, online WhatsApp support doesn't work. I found 0638395595 (Whatsapp - but no results, more time wasting excuses) and 0605475741 (rings, then always go to an answering service). I will be opening a case of ***** against them.

I regretted not having read the reviews before purchasing from them. I tried calling them on several numbers, no answer, called PayJustNow and also no answer, and then finally I called my bank to investigate. Later in the day of making my purchase, I received a confirmation of my order, and 5 days later I received my item. I just thought that I would add a positive review in terms of my item that has been delivered, however Pharmadiv should work on their cuctomer service re communication and delivery of items.

Dont waste your time or money. Should be banned from online platform
Going to 3 months, promise of delivery... nothing, email response with **** apologies. Should be banned from online service seeing all the bad reviews. Order was submitted in December 2025 we are currently in March 2026.
