Though the process took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but I am quite happy with the results. Got my clearance this morning. Thank you to EDS, the company has been extremely helpful.

They are a business of ****ming people, never trust them at all. I started paying for the debt removal on my name on November 2023 and finished paying on July 2024, from then i have never heard from them again. I made attempts to communicate with them and they said my paperwork is lost i need to re-submit paperwork, my last communication with them was May 2025, from then they went quiet. I did inform them that i will be taking this matter to the Ombudsman because they are ****mers and not a legitimate business.

I was unable to post my update yesterday due to an electricity outage which caused my phone to switch off. A lady from Evans Debt Solutions contacted me yesterday and informed me that she would investigate my case and call me back at 16:00. Unfortunately, I never received the follow-up call. This matter has now been pending for over 6 months regarding the removal of my debt review flag. I have been patient and cooperative and have provided all the necessary information, but I still have not received a clear timeline or resolution. I have kept records of all communication, including calls and messages regarding this matter. If it is not possible for Evans Debt Solutions to remove my name from debt review as promised, I kindly request that the fees I paid be refunded. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator.

Disappointing / Horrible Service / Unprofessional Dear EDS Team, My name is Noel, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received from your company. I was led to believe that EDS is committed to helping individuals in debt review, yet my experience has been quite the opposite. At the outset of my engagement with EDS, your team was responsive to my calls and emails, providing hope and guidance. However, once my payments began, communication has ceased entirely. I have been waiting for updates for the past seven months, and despite my daily attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have received no replies. When I do manage to get through, I am met with the same explanations — that my documents are with your lawyer, and that a backlog in the courts is causing delays. This lack of communication and accountability is simply unacceptable, especially considering my last payment was made in August 2025. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and provide me with a clear update on my situation. I hope to see a commitment to better communication going forward. Very bad experience, I made my last payment on July 2025 and I never heard from them ever .. I can't even get hold of them all the contacts are unreachable 😡😡
