I need the feedback from Evans debt solutions

Very bad company with bad communication, Evey time I try to contact them they're unreachable, finished paying them on July 2025 but they not giving me any way forward or answers.. when reaching them they keep on say they'll get back to me but there helping new clients after me... I've been waiting for the results but nothing seem to be working for me Yoo I'm defeated
