Punkbuster

Even Balance, Inc. designed Punkbuster software to detect software used for cheating in online games. Great initiative but they suck in support and services. Logged multiple calls with them without any response. The program is preventing people to use games they paid for and they don't provide proper support to fix the problems. On their Webpage there is a contact us but you get no response.
