I am out of pocket for R1300.00! Placed order on the Evertrend website on 3/11/2025 and paid through the Payfast portal. Didn't hear anything, not even an order confirmation email, so emailed them on 12/11/2025 through the website to follow-up. I received a reply from Alyssa blaming Buffalo Logistics for the delay but she didn't give me a tracking number so I couldn't contact Buffalo directly. Couldn't get to speak to a human at Evertrend on the phone number provided on the website as it went to an answering service message every single time. All other emails I sent went unanswered. Now I see that their website is a blank page, advertising that they are "Opening Soon". I wish I had taken the time to read a few reviews before placing my trust in Evertrend.co.za. Please don't get caught like I did if they ever re-open.
