had seen an add that they had put up of a cricut bundle (meaning with all the mats and stuff) for R6,999- and i made a purchase and after that i was told it was out of stock and below is the email i sent to the CPA who couldn't assist either.
To Whom It May Concern Dear Sir/Madam My name is Thulani Majola from Orlando West in Soweto, I purchased a Cricut machine bundle from an online company called Everyshop.co.za which was advertised for R6,999 on Thursday afternoon. Before I had payed for the purchase I spoke to one of their consultants on their website’s chat button and ensured that the bundle included a Cricut Maker3 rather than a Cricut explorer3 and I was assured by the consultant that it was a Maker3 that was in the bundle and they even went on to reassure me of the one(1) year warranty. I received the package on Monday and to my surprise it was an explorer3 rather then the Maker3 as promised prior to me making the payment for this bundle, on the adverti*****t it clearly states that it’s a Maker3 in the bundle rather than an explorer. I have sent them messages enquiring about whether the chats with their consultants are backed up in the event something like this happens and they told me they don’t save the chats, I notified them about my unhappiness and me being unsatisfied with the purchase or rather what was sent, and they tell me they’re working on it, even after I had notified them of the urgency of the machine and when I asked them if I would get what I was promised, I will attach all the proof in this email, including a formal complaint and hope to get help as soon as you can.
