Poor Service and Maintenance department

The worst Rental Agency I have personally dealt with, I have ensured my rent is paid on time at all times and given them consistent opportunity to correct issues and have been consistently treated like they are doing me the honour of dealing with me.

Steven Vaughn specifically has been condescending and a terrible reflection on the business as a whole as their point of contact with me. Late responses to serious queries and maintenance issues leading to a Tribunal complaint.

Poor form across the board, I personally would advise you NOT to lease any properties managed by them.
