Evod steels money

Im si dissapointed in the servuce these people provide..... I ask 3 months ago to cancel my subscription through email, which they responded to asking for a reason why i want to cancel subscription, afte providing a reason ans telling them i wont be able to way anymore they just continue and continue to deduct the money.... Why would you behave like peoole taking money from people without there knowledge.... Im so dissapointed and hope to hear fron you soon since you dont reply to my emails.
