eVOD works on mobile - NOT ON PC!
I wanted to try eVOD for myself and see if it's worth using as a back up in case no signal on my decoder. The app itself work as intended and had no problems with it in terms of accessibility. However, I was not happy to watch multiple ads back to back just to get to any show. I understand that this is an ideal method to keep eVOD "free", but the number of ads is quite unreasonable. People using data plans will definitely have a serious problem with this too... Then there's the website. It is completely unusable! I click on anything once and it sends you to a blank screen. I have to constantly refresh the page to get to wherever I want to go. And when you do get to the video you want to see, it loads forever! I waited for 30 minutes and the video didn't start. At first I wanted to be considerate as movies sometimes takes long to load in some cases, but it does this with 20 minute+ shows too! My overall experience was bad! If you advertise that your product can be viewed "... at any time and anyplace ...", then you have to, at the bare minimum, LET IT WORK ON PC!

Faulty deductions on bank account.
After the account was paid from my airtime, eVod still tried to deduct money from my bank account. I've send them an email about the problem. They sort it for me in Jan, but still they kept on deducting money from my bank account. They don't want to pay the deduction fee's on my bank account and be liable for their faulty sistem. Is it my problem they can't manage their own sistem? Isn't is why there is an accounts department to monitor such faults on the sistem?

Im si dissapointed in the servuce these people provide..... I ask 3 months ago to cancel my subscription through email, which they responded to asking for a reason why i want to cancel subscription, afte providing a reason ans telling them i wont be able to way anymore they just continue and continue to deduct the money.... Why would you behave like peoole taking money from people without there knowledge.... Im so dissapointed and hope to hear fron you soon since you dont reply to my emails.

Worst Streaming Platform Ever!
This is the worst ***est streaming platform I ever streamed live TV on (if I can even call it that). The live TV is delayed by several minutes, the quality is very poor and I see that they shut the ETV channel off after 10 PM. The channel is only accessible from 5 PM onwards. I'm very ****ed off and disgusted as I wanted to participate in the late-night game show. Mxm ****en ******* app!

Geen eVod lewende uitsending gedurende beurtkrag nie
Net na 20h00 se kant het die lewendige uitsending gehang en wou nie werk nie - Dus Wie Laatste Lag gemis agv beurtkrag en Opvang was nie opdatum nie en die derde opsie was foutief !
