So so sad with newco fibre. Every month i sent an email to make arrangements to pay on the 6th because its the day i get money and they dont reply eith my email and disconnect me every time and then i have to pay R100 exstra after i am on the highest price. Its not acceptable i am with them for 2years and still they cant let me pay on the 6th not happy at all
Paid for a month last 3days only 2 series are on yet they didnt fix the problem on my side cant even watch my series
Dont even have fibre for a month and had problems from day one. We have the 100mps package but only run 72mbps. Or lower. Everyday at least 5times daily it say no internet connection. We cant even watch a movie without interruption. I have a ticket number but no reply. Really aren't satisfied with them. Think normal 25mbps on wifi is better
