Pathetic Customer Service

I have sent them queries to purchase an Amazon Kindle.. I have sent msgs direct on Bobshop... though which they respond vaguely with no greeting... < and this is after 5days as well>

No email response on their personal website... No response to my WhatsApp queries No answer to my WhatsApp calls

My daughter has also sent them several enquiries wrt a new kindle purchase, but their lack of customer service and responding to customer requests is pathetic
