I have sent them queries to purchase an Amazon Kindle.. I have sent msgs direct on Bobshop... though which they respond vaguely with no greeting... < and this is after 5days as well> No email response on their personal website... No response to my WhatsApp queries No answer to my WhatsApp calls My daughter has also sent them several enquiries wrt a new kindle purchase, but their lack of customer service and responding to customer requests is pathetic
I purchased an Epson Printer last week (05/03/2025) from Makro Online. It said it would be delivered the very next day. I received nothing. Received an sms and email again stating it would be delivered on Friday (07/03/2025). I received nothing. Again received email and sms stating it will be delivered on Saturday (08/03/2025) by wumDrop. I got the sms that the driver Obed (from WumDrop) collected my parcel and it will be delivered by 6pm. The driver called me at 18h08 saying that he is running late, and will deliver late. I must wait for him. At 20h17 I received an sms stating my order was delivered and to rate my driver, Obed. I responded that I did not receive my order delivery. At 20h31 Obed again called, claiming that they mistakenly closed my order as delivered, but not to worry, as he will fix it. He then went on making another excuse claiming that the order he has for me is short. That there suppose to be 2 parcels, and he only has one. Hence, he cannot deliver, and he is on his way home. He promised he was going to deliver my order first thing the next morning. I did not receive my order the next day, and still have not received it a week later. I am daily calling customer care centre and using all my airtime. The store has not contacted me to date. My order still shows as delivered online. I have sent daily emails, to no avail. I have contacted WhatsApp support daily, and they do not assist or respond either. I am a single mom. I try to run a home based small business, and need a printer for my work. My customers are calling and asking when their orders would be ready... Makro surely doesn't care
