Moved into one of the apartments owned by EVO Property in April 2022 and I've never known peace.
1. First 3 weeks of living here I had cold water only running yet at the end of the month I was billed R600.
2. Promises were made to furnish apartments with BIC's yet today as it stands we're told we'll be charged per unit per square meter extra if they proceed with that.
3. I've opted to take showers at the gym, yet this month my water bill came up to R780. When we ask how water is being calculated we are told they won't be billing us usage per unit but rather according to the number of tenants in the building and on the decision they made that two people are living in every apartment yet majority or us live by ourselves.
I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with their services and behavior, we're being made to pay for an elevator that's not even function amongstany other things in this building, I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them or move into any of their apartments
