Avo is capturing revenue without delivering any value and product. You’re not running a business, you’re running a South African ****. I rented from this company a unit in the Rockefeller Hotel. I have been blocked for few months from getting into my room. I didn’t get any service and help to resolve this issue. They were not answering my calls and WhatsApp messages. Avo fully charged me for canceling the lease and for those months that they didn’t deliver a product. I hope when you’ll come to Israel no one will treat you like that. Stay away from this company. They definitely don’t deserve to be in business. I learnt my lesson.

This company is disgusting and stealing from people you can over pay on rent and still not see a difference before when we were being managed by sunrise we paid 3500 rent every month no hassles or extra and were maintained that relation when Evo took over the middle of the year we were owing all the time we were giving out over our expenditure an they do not want to give my 3500 deposit which was paid originally to sunrise they are so unprofessional rude they are doing this to so many people I won't allow them to do it to me i want my 3500 I am a single mom at the moment I don't even have food at home I need to move I made a huge deposit to secure a place for me n my son and the area is not good this has cause me stress and emotional distress I want my 3500 deposit money this is broadlight robbery and so many people are going through this because of Evo property

Moved into one of the apartments owned by EVO Property in April 2022 and I've never known peace. 1. First 3 weeks of living here I had cold water only running yet at the end of the month I was billed R600. 2. Promises were made to furnish apartments with BIC's yet today as it stands we're told we'll be charged per unit per square meter extra if they proceed with that. 3. I've opted to take showers at the gym, yet this month my water bill came up to R780. When we ask how water is being calculated we are told they won't be billing us usage per unit but rather according to the number of tenants in the building and on the decision they made that two people are living in every apartment yet majority or us live by ourselves. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with their services and behavior, we're being made to pay for an elevator that's not even function amongstany other things in this building, I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them or move into any of their apartments
