Slacking, telling lies, making constant mistakes, apologizing and making the same mistakes, dirty rooms, bad communication, horrible customer service, invasive to your privacy, and load music from the hotel bars. The Rockefeller Hotel Cape Town destroyed my home environment. I gave multiple feedbacks but they never took notes in order to fix it. They place is running by unprofessional and unmotivated people. This is business collecting cash from people for accommodation and food and failing to deliver value to their customers. This review is to validate multiple bad reviews that this hotel got online. You shouldn’t be in business and serve highly valued customers. I’ll never come back again.
Avo is capturing revenue without delivering any value and product. You’re not running a business, you’re running a South African ****. I rented from this company a unit in the Rockefeller Hotel. I have been blocked for few months from getting into my room. I didn’t get any service and help to resolve this issue. They were not answering my calls and WhatsApp messages. Avo fully charged me for canceling the lease and for those months that they didn’t deliver a product. I hope when you’ll come to Israel no one will treat you like that. Stay away from this company. They definitely don’t deserve to be in business. I learnt my lesson.
