Refusa to do an exchange I want my money
Clicks in observatory really don't know how to treat customers I bought a flat iron on the 31st of august used it on the 23rd the Remington the flat iron pulls my hair I simply went on the same day to return to ask if I could get another flat another flat iron mind you I am a regular customer the manager gives you side looks when coming on and the way she looks at you is very ugly She did not want to do an exchange said she can't everything is in the box mind you the flat iron has a 3 year warrantee I just looked she even compared it to another flat iron she could see everything is in the box she blatantly told me no I should call customer service after customer service said 24 hours I am still waiting on them so now I don't want an exchange I simply want my money i don't support business that treat people like ****

Disgusting company
This company is disgusting and stealing from people you can over pay on rent and still not see a difference before when we were being managed by sunrise we paid 3500 rent every month no hassles or extra and were maintained that relation when Evo took over the middle of the year we were owing all the time we were giving out over our expenditure an they do not want to give my 3500 deposit which was paid originally to sunrise they are so unprofessional rude they are doing this to so many people I won't allow them to do it to me i want my 3500 I am a single mom at the moment I don't even have food at home I need to move I made a huge deposit to secure a place for me n my son and the area is not good this has cause me stress and emotional distress I want my 3500 deposit money this is broadlight robbery and so many people are going through this because of Evo property

I am now sick and tired not the first or second time that I had this experience with pedros my order number was 340 I ordered at 20:00pm the viva meal... the girl said my order would be 20 - 25 I then go and complain its over 30 minutes the guy that ordered before after me says to her yes its long she says no don't lie you were first sit and down and wait but his order was at 10 past 8 8 got so angry I said to her but why you lying I was first she got so rude this is my 3rd time having this terrible rude service from pedros first they gave me old rice and to even think last night when they gave my food at 20:45pm when I got home the chips was like throw away and the rolls was old was it because I complained I received old chips and rolls and to think that this is a recurring thing the staff was shouting at the customers lost night they take people for a stuk kak😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Disgusting
Nedbank is becoming rediculous I have the 115 monthly option now I told their consultants I am npot wporking all of a sudden this month my account is in 235 which I can't afford this is really ridiculous they need to reduce it I am not happy

Bad and. Don't care about long term customers
So I have had my vodacom Sim with vodacom for years with the cell number 0792876408 I was using it for banking and all personal things and what'sapp not too long ago vodacom decided to give my number to someone else I am trying to get the number back the guy at vodacom store in town said I must phone customer service i lost the simcard but was still using the number for what'sapp for work purposes I don't think that's right I need my cell number back their is certain numbers attached on that number with personal things and work things

Uber eats service is horrible
I ordered KFC last night through uber eats wow it was load shedding obviously we were hungry KFC took so long food was cold order was wrong uber said they will refund me still nothing in my account I want my money today still

Pick n pay in observotary the customer service is terrible
A month's ago in 2021 I have been trying to sort the issue out no help I bought a 3 packs of burgers at pick n pay in observatory is was sour when I realise my son already had some I took it threw it away my son was so sick he puked so much his bed was full I went to pick n pay the manager gave me a packet of lamb so I can shut up pick n pay called me for proof the slip all that o told them I did purchase their the girl was so rude and said if I no longer have this info pick n pay won't help me they are pathetic
