Poor assistance and phone etiquette

Received what I paid for. Very poor phone etiquette by the lady at reception, your still speaking then they put you on hold or transfer you while your still busy speaking. Their staff sounds like they're to busy to help you decently, not to mention the uselessness of them having email or a whatsapp service. Unfortunately I could not get the ladies name at reception. Nothing special about buying here, should have supported our own tire dealership in town.
