I am extremely dissatisfied with EVLV's customer service. I placed an order on December 22, 2024 (Order #2708), and it has still not been delivered today, despite it being more than 30 days since the order was placed.
Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have faced significant delays and difficulties. Long hold times, disconnections, and exorbitant call charges have added to my frustration.
I even visited the Gateway store, only to be told they couldn't process my refund despite the order failure. I was promised a refund over 18 business days ago, but it has yet to be processed. Yesterday, your representative, Mandisa Mthembu ( from customer service - said will process a refund til today nothing. Email is written fashion fusion distribution) promised me a refund, but I have yet to receive any confirmation or the money itself. , Im honestly sick and tired of this company and it's empty promises,
This experience has been incredibly disappointing. EVLV's customer service is unacceptable, and I urge them to address these serious issues. And I WANT MY BACK... Yall can keep the items
